New Thinking

Im trying to start blogging again. It was my birthday yesterday and I turned 13. My mom got me an IHome which is really cool. School starts in about 3 weeks and I can't wait to see who my homeroom teacher. I also want it to start because that means that basketball is coming soon. I just went to a sleepaway basketball camp in PA and it was really cool to see the amount of comepetition there is out there for my age. It really shows me how much harder I have to work. Well thats all for now but I do hope I will start blogging again soon.

The Little Peanut 2

Today me and Jack went to the water park. We got popcorn and lemonade. It was a beautiful day. Jack went on a really scary ride. I was to scared to go on it so we went on a different ride together. Me and Jack the peanut went home and My mom cooked us dinner. We both couldn't wait for tomorrow.

Vacation

We just got back from vacation. We went all over the place.First we went to Ocean City, MD. We went to the beach and the boardwalk there. After that we went to my dads partners house. They had just moved. It was a really nice house. We went deep see fishing and caught Spanish Mackerel. we made fish tacos and they were delicious. My dad and his partner had to work in Washington, DC so we went with them there. Our hotel had a pool and it was huge! then we got back on the road and our parents said we were going to stop in Baltimore to get something to eat. So we stop in Baltimore at a hotel! Me and my sister screamed. "We thought you might be happy,"said my dad. We ate on the harbor. It started to rain but we still had fun. Then we drove home and that was it. I had a great time! I hope we go again.

New Jersey Ask

Today I had to take the NJ ask. It is a test that does not go for your grade but for teachers to see where you are in different subjects. Today we did language arts. All throughout the week we will be testing.

For the part of the test we did today, we had 2 open ended questions and many multiple choice questions. Overall I thought I did pretty good. The first part of the test was pretty easy for me.

On Friday when we are all done with the test, we are going to have an ice cream party. All the classes are gonna eat ice cream and hang out. Plus we get no homework for the whole week! Maybe we should do this test more often!

Winners

This year in the NBA I think that Kobe Bryant and the Lakers are going to win the national title, even without Andrew Bynum. Kobe and Pau Gasol are the leading scorers on the Lakers. The Celtics are probably going to be the other team when Kevin Garnett gets back from his injury. I think its going to be just like last years game only the Lakers are going to do what the Celtics did. I think that Kobe Bryant is going to be the championship game M.V.P. and Lebron James is going to be overall M.V.P.Its going to be a great game!

My First Tournament

Sunday I had my first tournament for the spring. We went to a place about an hoer and a half away. We played to games. The first game was against a team called Team Kobe. We played them before in another tournament and they beat us so we really wanted to beat them bad. Throughout the game it went back and forth. Our largest lead was 6. At the end of the game we lost by 4 but we wee still really happy because we almost beat the best team there. Our next game we played the Gauchos. They are very hard but in the end we won by two. At the beginning of the game we were ahead by about 10 so I have to give them some credit for coming back. I had a great
time and think my team is going to have a great year.

A New House

We just took out the wall between the dining room and the kitchen. It is a mess right now because they had to move out all the stuff in the kitchen to our red room (tv room). We just started taking it out of the red room and putting it back into the kitchen, and dining room. We took out the tiles in the kitchen and replaced it with wood like what is in the dining room. It smells really bad because they put a new finish on the floor. It is a darkish gold color. I hope it looks good at the end.

super bowl

For the super bowl I am going to my friends house. I want the Steelers to win because I don't know the Cardinals team very well. I have to get going know so when I get back I will tell you more about the game. See you later!

Hi I am back! I am so happy that the Steelers won. I liked when Santonio Holmes made that amazing catch. That pretty much ended the game. I have to give the Cardinals some credit to though because they were down by 13 and they came back with 6 minutes left and took the lead. That was one of the best super bowls in my life but I think last years Patriots vs. Gants was my favorite game even though I didn't really even like either team. Just like this super bowl it came down to the final minutes.
